The training helped me understand some of the basics, but a few parts felt kind of rushed, I really could’ve used more time to practice and get comfortable with everything.

I kept sending messages and then just waiting around with no clear reply. Maybe there was something happening on their end, I don’t know, but from my side there wasn’t much context or explanation, and it got frustrating

I thought the course was going to offer a bit more, honestly. The price caught me off guard. And then once I got into it... yeah. Mostly basic stuff. Nothing terrible, just not enough to justify what I paid.

I tried this online course hoping it would be a straightforward way to learn on my own schedule, but it ended up being more frustrating than helpful for me. The videos kept freezing, which made it hard to stay focused, and some of the lessons felt a bit all over the place. I also emailed support when I got stuck, but the replies took longer than I expected. Maybe it works better if you already know the basics or don’t mind troubleshooting as you go, but for what I needed, I wouldn’t use it again.

I went there for training and thought the place was clean overall. The classrooms were tidy, the bathrooms were stocked, and the equipment didn’t feel gross or outdated. It’s nothing super fancy, but it was comfortable enough that I could focus without being distracted. I did notice a couple cluttered spots near the back, but it was still well kept

Some of the gear felt cheaper than I expected, and a few pieces seemed like they’d already been through a lot. The classroom felt ridiculously cramped. Some genius clearly thought squeezing everyone in like sardines was a good idea, but it just made the whole thing crowded and uncomfortable.

As someone who has to plan around a busy work schedule, I really appreciated that there were enough class options to choose from. I didn’t have to wait forever to find a date that worked for me, which made the whole process a lot less stressful.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that a few of the better time slots filled up quickly, so I had to check back a couple times. Still, booking was simple overall, and I was able to get it done without much hassle.

The practice questions were solid and matched up well with the areas I needed to review. A few of the explanations were a little brief, so I did end up looking up some topics separately, but it was still really useful overall.

I passed my exam, so I definitely feel like it was worth using. I’d casually recommend it to anyone prepping and wanting some structure, just know you might need extra resources here and there.
